Are you looking to have more control over your daily schedule?  This position is primarily responsible for owning our pipeline of Non-Agency loans and secondarily responsible for the pipeline of mortgage insurance loans. The Pipeline Specialist is actively involved in ensuring our pipeline of Non-Agency closed loans is delivered and sold to the investor.  In addition, this role is responsible in making sure all our loans with mortgage insurance are committed with the MI providers at the correct rate and coverage levels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Monitor and manage the Non-Agency pipeline to ensure lock statuses are up-to-date with investors.  
  • Loan updates including: locks, extensions, withdrawals and loan parameter changes will be processed in multiple investor systems.  
  • Run best execution pricing throughout the day to ensure we are locking loans at optimal price.  
  • Understand basic underwriting guidelines in order to execute locks with eligible investors. Weekly investor funding reports are analyzed and verified.
  • Monitor reports outlining loans requiring Mortgage Insurance to be ordered, as well as our allocations month to date for each insurance provider we partner with.
  • Working closely with other team members, we promptly process all requests and questions to ensure we can close and fund all loans in a timely fashion.
  • Sense of urgency, attention to detail, time management and independent thinking are crucial in this role.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

  • At least one year mortgage experience
