Mail Services Coordinator

Handing all incoming and assisting with outgoing mail and packages.  Deliver of packages to team members throughout the building.  Gathering mail data and tracking packages.

• Effectively communicate delivery issues with clients and leadership.
• Run U.S. postage machine and address any issues that may arise. As well as utilize all mailroom equipment including postage cutter and scanner.
• Be able to utilize UWM software to perform locating and completing deliveries.
• Gather mail data from tracking software (Sendsuite tracking) and implement into an Excel spreadsheet for team metrics and other important information if needed.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Courier runs to banks, post office, law office or other required runs with company vehicle.
• Scan/sort incoming packages.
• Ability to operate push cart
• Utilizing pallet jack for unloading/loading
•  

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional Client Service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Pallet jack experience a plus
• Computer experience, training provided if necessary.
• Mailroom experience is preferred, but not required
• Hilo experience is preferred
