As a TMS Data Analyst you will be focused on partnering with teams company-wide to provide automated and ad-hoc report requests. This reporting is generated based off data in UKG Pro, our HRIS system. On People Analytics, we are responsible for all information that is housed within UKG Pro and as a TMS Data Analyst, you will become a subject matter expert on the UKG Pro system as well as our Workforce Dimensions time management system. Within this role, you will be communicating solutions to team members on questions they have with company policy; especially concerning PTO, pay statements, role, etc.. In addition, we also focus on company-wide initiatives, this includes the UWM Company Survey, 10 Days to Live a Dream, and assisting our payroll team with follow-up on open timecards and timecard auditing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Processing and maintaining periodic reports of employee record data

  • Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee data for the HR information system

  • Partnering with Team Relations, Benefits, and Talent teams to ensure all team member data is collected and reported on with the most accurate information

  • Working in UKG Pro to audit team member changes, run reports, and analyze data

  • Analyzing data in Excel to format and provide actionable breakdowns for leaders

  • Creating ad hoc report requests based on team member information in various tools, including Power BI, Power Query, Cognos BI, and Microsoft Excel

  • Performing companywide audits on various team member metrics, including: job titles, leader information, compensation, organization levels, and schedules

  • Creating and sending surveys via Qualtrics based on analyses performed and using data to provide further action for leaders

  • Collaborating with multiple teams throughout the company on data or new enhancements that require information housed within our team
