Client Approval Specialist I

The Participant Review function is vital to the success of our company. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring that we do not close loans with ineligible loan participants and work closely with FIU to provide support for their investigations. Looking for a team player with strong work ethic, positive attitude, coach-able, sense of urgency in tasks, attention to detail, adapts well to changes, organized, someone that is driven and takes ownership and pride in their work.

• Reviewing FraudGuard variances to ensure no loans fund with ineligible loan participants
• Delivering excellent client service, maintaining a SLA of 30 minutes or less
• Assisting FIU Auditors with preparatory work related to their investigations: completing data entry for client recommendations, contacting individuals to obtain additional supporting documentation

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

• 1-2 years experience with Elite Client Service 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Onsite attendance is required
