Partner Relationship Specialist

The Partner Relationship Specialists will be alerting clients about lead opportunities they have with the past borrowers. They will also help facilitate meetings between our clients and real estate agents.

• Calling partners to advise on lead alerts for their past borrowers, communicating with Account Executives to ensure there are no lost opportunities and advising loan officers on the best way to approach different scenarios
• Calling real estate agents to educate them on the benefits of working with an independent mortgage broker and finding out what is important to them in a partner
• Surveying each real estate agent to identify what is important to them in a referral partner
• Scheduling an in- person meeting between the real estate agent and local broker
• Coaching the broker prior to their in-person meeting
• Updating presentations and supplying all marketing needs to the broker ahead of the appointment
• Following up on the meeting with a call and email to both parties
• Maintaining our realtor relationship database
• Update CRM and keep log of discussions, talking points, goals, etc
• Success reporting metrics and maintenance
