The Team Relations Specialist partners with designated business units to provide support in all instances pertaining to the growth and performance of team members. They will utilize sound judgment and employee relations tools to provide solutions, mediation, promote relationship building, and positive experiences for all team members. The ideal candidate has a high level of emotional intelligence, is solution-oriented, passionate about helping people, and excellent at communicating with all teams, leaders, and team members within the company.
• Provides and manages employment-related guidance and support to leaders and team members
• Meet with team members for ‘quick chats’ to address all needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions that align with company practices
• Facilitate all work-related issues and investigations and collaborate with Leadership and other internal teams such as Security and Legal to address Discussing coaching alerts with Leaders and creating action plans
• Organizing quarterly leader meetings and creating action items with designated teams’ Sr. Leadership
• Conducting New Hire Check-ins, Anniversary Check-Ins, and Exit Interviews
• Hosting “Leaders & Lattes” meetings with all new leaders
• Partnering with Leadership Development Team to facilitate real scenarios to prepare Leaders in navigating difficult situations
• Supporting leadership in team member separations/resignations and communicating pertinent information to Sr. Leadership
• Maintain appropriate off-boarding and coaching documentation in Employee File Management
• Processing and submitting all team member changes (promotions, transfers, shift changes, etc.) in UltiPro for leadership approval
• Partnering with the Talent team to help facilitate the Internal Transfer Process by advising on pay, PTO balances, and Leader Endorsements.
Must Have Qualifications:
• 6+ months experience as an HR Coordinator, or equivalent experience/training
• Recognized as a relationship builder
• Solution-focused
• Comprehensive HRIS experience
• Proven ability to withhold confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to identify needs of the team/company and provide recommendations of improvement
• High School Diploma
• Onsite attendance is required
