The Junior Client Relations Specialist performs duties directly with the Sales Resolutions Team.
Working closely with the EPO process
Proactively making phone calls to broker partners when payoffs are ordered
Notifying the broker when EPO happens
Working invoices for EPO
Working to resolve post-closing loan issues
Creating and working with Excel Reporting
Following up with clients in a timely manner if necessary
Communicating effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external clients
Maintaining regular attendance and arriving to work on time
1+ years in customer service, hospitality, debt collection or any type of payment processing customer face role
Great multi-tasker
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High sense of urgency
Ability to adapt quickly
High School Diploma
Onsite attendance is required
