As a Broker X Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our future mortgage loan originators. This position is centered around effectively facilitating our Broker X initiative, a program designed to prepare, license, and train candidates to become proficient mortgage loan originators in 5 weeks.

 

• Facilitate the Broker X initiative, ensuring smooth operations and effective training programs.
• Act as a liaison between potential clients and our organization, professionally managing communications and relations.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes and error-free processes.
• Meet set deadlines promptly, effectively managing time and resources to ensure all tasks are completed timely.
• Utilize Excel proficiently, managing and organizing data and information for the Broker X program.

Must Have Qualifications:

1. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

2. Proficient in using Excel and other data management tools.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally represent the organization.

4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

5. Previous experience in a similar role or in the mortgage industry would be advantageous.
