The Account Executive (AE) Support Summer Internship Program at UWM is designed to provide college students with a detailed introduction to the mortgage industry and the role of Account Executives on the Sales team. This program offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to support AE operations, enhancing your understanding of client relationship management and sales support.

• Assisting Account Executives with daily tasks, including client communications, data entry, and report generation.
• Assisting the Partner Services team in managing and strengthening relationships with UWM partners.
• Participating in training sessions to gain a deep understanding of UWM’s products, services, and partner-focused initiatives.
• Supporting the AE team in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with various departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client service.
• Helping prepare and organize materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improving AE support processes and efficiency.

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (current junior/senior status)
• The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August
