You will play a dynamic role in our overall Team Member Services team (we prefer "TMS" to the outdated term "Human Resources"). This includes being a member of a critical team that provides a red carpet experience for all of our clients - both internally and externally.  Our Associate Talent Acquisition Specialists are typically the first point of contact with our applicants. You will be conducting phone screens with a detailed line of questions and partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to determine the best possible fit for our applicants.

We want to welcome you to the family, so being a good fit is key. Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and assess applicants
• Conducting a high volume of phone screens per day
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars with Hiring Leaders
• Sourcing candidates through social media, networking, job boards, referral, and using an out-of-the-box thought process to increase our talent pool of qualified applicants
• Acting as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for improvements

• 1+ years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field preferably in customer service
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing or screening active and passive candidates, or high-volume call center
• Excellent written and verbal communication and follow up skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hires
• Excellent computer skills and organization skills
• Strong work ethic with a drive to hit production goals
• This position requires regular, on-site attendance
