The Digital Solutions Architect is responsible for collaborating within marketing and other business units to understand workflow challenges and translate them into solutions, helping teams increase agility and adapt processes quickly. In this role, you’ll provide strategic and technical guidance in the design, development, implementation, and testing of solutions, leveraging Airtable’s no-code platform, integrating our legacy and new technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders to fully understand business requirements, challenges and goals
  • Collaborating with other digital solutions architect(s) to design custom solutions that meet project objectives and improve workflows
  • Managing incoming requests, regularly reviewing the performance of existing solutions and identifying improvements, including connections between workflows
  • Acting as primary contact for the successful development, testing and delivery of solutions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
  • Proactively communicating project status, building trust and maintaining internal client relationships
  • Aligning with technical writers and our enterprise technology team to ensure technical documentation is complete and up to date; support governance, change management and compliance needs
  • Identifying opportunities to align marketing technology strategists’ objectives and needs with other business processes
  • Continuously monitoring Airtable updates, integrations and new capabilities to identify opportunities for improving solutions; regularly communicating best practices

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • Two+ years of experience in marketing or business technology consulting or a related field
  • Proficiency in no-code app design, business process optimization and workflow design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support their processes
  • A history of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively to drive projects to completion with a high level of attention to detail
  • Curious, positive, collaborative and solution-focused
  • Experience building applications in Airtable preferred
  • Mortgage or financial services experience not necessary, but a plus
  • Certifications in Agile Scrum or as a Product Owner not necessary, but a plus
