As an individual, you will audit the production of the Risk team members to help maintain top-tier quality and elite service even outside the loan life cycle. This also further assists UWM in aligning with and meeting our Compliance and Quality company goals.

• Review a random sample of each Risk team member’s production
• Communicate findings to team members and their leaders
• Accurately and efficiently track findings for all Risk team members
• Assist Risk Leadership in setting proper expectations for team members in their quality
• Respond to internal clients on rebuttals from assigned AFIs
• Work closely with Compliance on error feedback

• 2 years experience in Compliance or Compliance Quality Control 
• Preferred experience in Closing or Post Closing Operations 
• Strong expertise in Government and Conventional Guidelines 
• Intermediate experience with Excel 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
