The Loan Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing a pipeline of pools/commitments that are to be sold on the secondary market. The job consists of uploading data files to the Agencies, clearing any exceptions, collaborating with QA/Risk, and meeting warehouse cut-off times for timely processing of our loan pools.

• Prepare loans for shipping based on Investor/Agency requirements

• Ensure data files are complete and accurate based on Investor and Program guidelines

• Communicate with Custodian, Risk and other teams for missing information

• Tracking of all exceptions and acquiring what is needed to clear the exception

• Complete the electronic shipment of loans within the required timeframe

• Other duties as assigned

• High school degree or equivalent required

• Prior mortgage origination experience preferred

• Familiarity with all conventional and government loan origination and closing docs and systems advantageous

• Must be able to work in a high pressure environment

• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential

• Must be able to work in a team based environment and independently

• Must have strong technical skills, working with multiple software systems

• Must have strong Excel skills and Math skills
