We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to oversee a team responsible for tracking, managing, and optimizing IT assets across the organization. This role involves oversight of IT asset lifecycle processes, ensuring adherence to our SOX controls, managing relationships with stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to improve asset utilization and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of IT Inventory specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software) from procurement through retirement.
• Ensure accurate asset inventory records are maintained in ServiceNow.
• Refine and enforce asset management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure cost-effective acquisition and renewal of IT assets.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to mitigate risk and support licensing requirements.
• Provide detailed reporting on asset usage, license compliance, and financial forecasting.
• Lead ITAM projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with software license management and hardware lifecycles
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

• Experience with cloud asset management (e.g., SaaS licensing, cloud cost management).
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Familiarity with audit processes and risk management practices.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow reporting.
• ITIL or IAITAM certifications (e.g., CITAM, CHAMP) are a plus.
