The Compliance Data Coordinator will be working closely with all Compliance leaders and multiple IT teams as a Subject Matter Expert for Compliance to provide feedback and request support for application and client needs, as well as any other technology analytics requested for the success of the team.

100% onsite attendance is required in our Pontiac office. 

• Working closely with Compliance leaders for new data enhancements to establish controls to ensure data integrity, especially in the context of identifying automation opportunities

• Working with the Compliance Business Partnership Team in IT as a Subject Matter Expert

• Creating worksheets and performing analysis for the business unit

• Verifying and maintaing integrity of fair lending data

• Filing state loan volume reports

• Assisting in the filing of the HMDA LAR

• Assisting in the filing of state call reports

Must Have Qualifications:

• 6 months of mortgage experience
• High proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge and experience working with SQL preferred
• Ability to perform analysis, reconciling data and presenting to senior management
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail​
• High School Diploma
• Onsite attendance is required
