The Servicing Oversight Specialist will be overseeing our sub-servicer’s functions to ensure they are compliant of investor regulations. Candidate will perform audit formatted testing and remediating findings with our sub-servicer.

• Testing and Auditing our Sub-Servicer’s processes
• Verifying that all letters sent out by our sub-servicers to home buyers are compliant
• Recording and analyzing report trends
• Communicating findings to leadership for remediation and cures

• 1-3 years in general Servicing (preferably Auditing as well)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while still ensuring quality work
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and collaborate well in a team environment
• Positive Attitude
• Self Starter
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• This role requires on-site attendance
