We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced System Administrator for Ice MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform), to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the system, ensuring compliance with mortgage servicing industry regulations. The position requires a deep understanding of system administration, security access management, and workflow coordination, along with extensive knowledge of MSP, Passport, and related functionalities.  This position will report directly to the SVP Head of Servicing.

 

This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.

• Task Queue Setup: Configure and maintain task queues within the Director 7 system to optimize workflow and ensure timely task completion.
• Security Access Management: Manage and monitor user security access, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Template Setup and Maintenance: Design and implement templates and template steps that are compliant with mortgage servicing industry rules and regulations.
• System Enhancements: Oversee and implement 15-day and 30-day monthly enhancements to the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP).
• Change Control Meetings: Host and manage change control meetings to discuss and approve system updates and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• System Specific Headers: Set up and manage system-specific headers to support business processes and reporting needs.
• Workflow Management: Handle business support requests, managing workflow to ensure efficient resolution and support.
• Loan Snapshots and Comment Codes: Set up and maintain loan snapshots and comment codes within the system.
• Year-End Reporting: Oversee and manage year-end reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Online Letter Writer (OLLW): Configure and maintain the Online Letter Writer (OLLW) tool to support customer communication needs.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of Director 7 and Passport systems.
• Experience with MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) and its enhancement processes.
• Strong knowledge of setting up and managing task queues, security access, templates, and workflow processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to host and manage change control effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining system-specific headers, loan snapshots, comment codes, and year-end reporting tools.
• On-site attendance Monday - Friday

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Online Letter Writer (OLLW) and other customer communication tools.
• Understanding of mortgage servicing industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
