We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate University Recruiter to assist our University Recruiting Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in screening and identifying top talent from universities and colleges. You will collaborate closely with the University Recruiting Team to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, manage candidate pipelines, and support various recruiting initiatives.

 

Your primary focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates for our internship and entry-level positions, ensuring that our organization continues to thrive with fresh, innovative talent. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent our company at campus events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events. There, you will engage with students and recent graduates to promote our brand and career opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We want to welcome you to the family, so being a good fit is key. Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct a high volume of phone screens per day
  • Travel to career fairs and recruitment events during the Fall and Spring semesters
  • Report and present event outcomes to proactively adjust and monitor recruitment efforts.
  • Manage Handshake segments and campaigns
  • Assist with community college and high school recruitment initiatives
  • Support event setup, on-campus tours, and collaborative meetings with school faculty
  • Act as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for process improvements
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the recruitment process and team operations

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably a recent college graduate
  • Strong culture fit with our team's values and mission
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency, speed, adaptability, and communication skills
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to recruitment activities
  • Be able to engage with candidates at career fairs and events
