United Wholesales Mortgage brings hundreds of clients weekly and tens of thousands of clients to the UWM campus each year. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes and during classes past just teaching the classes. We are looking for someone that has a passion to support and make UWM shine for our clients. The Guest Experience coordinator will assist our Success Track Coordinator team and TL make sure all physical needs for classes are taken care of, spaces prepped for class and supplies ready. Also while we have clients onsite the Guest Experience Coordinator will be everywhere, clients are ready to help, answer questions and direct them where they need to go.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Daily greeting and supporting clients upon arrival and departure from UWM
  • Assisting clients during check-in on all campuses
  • Assisting clients during breaks from class with any questions and directions
  • Assisting clients during lunch, UWM team meetups, and Mix n Mingle
  • Conducting multiple client tours
  • Preparing t-shirts and any supplies for Success Track classes
  • Responsible for the physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentation
  • Assisting the rest of the coordinator team with other tasks
  • Any additional tasks that arise during visits

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications: 

  • 9 months minimum in hospitality, event management, or client service role
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate across departments
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlines and tasks
  • Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Always have a client service focused and YES mentality 
  • Ability to maintain and show a very positive attitude and demeanor in stressful situations
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively with our leaders at multiple levels
  • Proven problem-solving skills to help benefit team and company goals 
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks as well as routinely prioritize among multiple tasks daily and weekly
  • Ability to work independently after direction from leadership, as well as work closely with all Sales Leadership and Account Executives
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
  • High School Diploma 

Nice to Have Qualifications: 

  • Preferred client facing role experience
  • Experience with the Airtable Platform
