UWM is seeking a qualified Entry Level Escrow Administrator based out of our San Diego office to provide assistance to the individuals on the TRAC+ Closing team.

This position will assure compliance with state-specific closing and escrow related requirements. This position will work with the internal teams to make sure that all licensing requirements are met. This position will work closely with other leaders on the TRAC+ team to make sure all internal and external deadlines are met and loans are closed timely.

• This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our San Diego office. 

• Experience with escrow.

• Provide assistance to team members to ensure compliant loan closings.

• Have or be able to obtain individual escrow related state licenses on an as needed basis.

• Provide assistance to team members on disbursement and title related matters in connection with loan closings.

• Have knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation and loan closing processes through prior experience.

• Have a commitment to continuous business improvement.

• Be capable of working closely with internal clients and outside business partners.

• Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.

• Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Have critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be self-motivated and able to work well in a team-based environment.
