UWM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our San Diego office as an Escrow Coordinator to support our TRAC+ Closing team.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with state-specific closing and escrow requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet licensing requirements and work closely with other leaders on the TRAC+ team to meet deadlines and close loans in a timely manner.

• This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our San Diego office. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry.
• Knowledge of escrow processes and loan documentation
