• Sell-Side (i.e., JPM, BAML, etc. Research Analysts)
• Ratings Agencies

The Investor Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication between the company and its analysts and investors. This position focuses on assisting relationship building by providing accurate and timely information and assisting in the development and execution of investor relations strategies. The Investor Relations Analyst supports the company’s efforts to promote transparency, enhance investor confidence, and drive shareholder value.

• Maintaining outbound presentations detailing UWM’s business model, growth, mortgage-backed securities pre-payment speeds, and other critical industry measurements related to the quality of our loans
• Owning monthly data reporting and analysis for the team including - prepayment speeds, origination volume, industry benchmarks, etc
• Work closely with senior leadership on all data/analysis requests
• Reviewing of daily industry publications for relevant housing finance or UWM news 
• Assisting with the coordination and preparation of SEC documentation including the proxy statement and staying up to date/coordinating the communication on Corporate Social Responsibility strategy 

Must Have Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Expert in Elite Client Service standards
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Experience working as part of a team in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Understanding of the mortgage industry, key stakeholders, and business models
• Project management skills
• Background/degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related disciplines
