The Title Closer / Disbursement Officer is responsible for managing the final steps of the real estate transaction process. This includes preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring the accurate disbursement of funds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Verify that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Calculate and disburse funds according to the closing statement.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.

Must Have Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience as a Title Closer, Disbursement Officer, or similar role in a title company.
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using title software and other relevant computer applications.
• Must be proficient in excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
