UWM seeks a technology-focused professional with advanced scripting capabilities, specifically automation functionality in MSP including BOT, AIP (ICE solution) and RPA. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to support comprehensive technological solutions, with a focus on developing efficient reporting mechanisms and automation frameworks. The role involves creating sophisticated scripts (sundown in Dec 2026) for testing and reporting across multiple environments, including development, integration, staging, and production platforms. Strong analytical skills are essential for tracking system performance, managing transaction processes, and providing technical insights that optimize operational efficiency. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Design and implement VBScript, RPA, and AIP solutions for generating comprehensive analytical reports across Excel and PDF platforms. 
  • Monitor and analyze web services consumption metrics, developing predictive models to forecast future usage patterns and cost implications. 
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for transaction file tracking and performance evaluation. 
  • Construct and curate a centralized repository of automation scripts and technical documentation. 
  • Establish and manage version control processes for tool-specific code modifications and updates. 
  • Validate and ensure operational integrity of reporting systems and associated documentation. 
  • Provide technical insights into transaction workflow processes and their broader systemic implications. 
  • Oversee file transmission protocols and support critical disbursement technology infrastructure. 
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance technological integration and operational efficiency. 
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges related to reporting automation, script performance, and transactional workflows. 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have:  

  • Experience in the mortgage servicing industry. 
  • Knowledge of additional ICE products and tools. 
  • Familiarity with other programming or scripting languages. 

Nice to Have:  

  • BS or BA degree in Information Systems
