The Investor Relations Coordinator supports the Investor Relations team as well as senior leadership in managing and maintaining effective communication between the company and its analysts and investors. This role will also assist in coordinating all events, visits, and meetings including preparing investor materials and ensuring information is provided and executed in a timely manner. The Investor Relations Coordinator helps foster strong relationships with our investors and analysts and contributes to the overall success of UWM.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Understanding, coordinating, and assisting in hosting IR events including, but not limited to: Earnings calls, UWM LIVE!, the Annual Shareholder Meeting, Office visits, conferences/calls, etc.
  • Monitor and assist with the IR inbox
  • Work closely with Security, United Services, Marketing, and Finance
  • Work closely with senior leadership in providing updates for coordination of all events
  • Reviewing of daily industry publications for relevant housing finance or UWM news 
  • Assisting in building relationships with buy-side investors 
  • Assisting with the coordination and preparation of SEC documentation including the proxy statement and staying up to date/coordinating the communication on Corporate Social Responsibility strategy

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
  • Entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Nice to Have Qualifications: 

  • 1+ year at United Wholesale Mortgage
  • Understanding of the mortgage industry, key stakeholders, and business models
  • Experience working as part of a team in a collaborative environment
