The Post Closer would be responsible to review all incoming closed loan packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to closing instructions. In addition the Post Closer will prepare binder of collateral documents for shipment to warehouse bank.

• Complete Post Closing Audit checklist to verify loan documents are complete and accurate
• Verify data is consistent between final closing documents and LOS
• Prepare collateral binder to meet warehouse bank requirement

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Basic experience with MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to multitask and adapt
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  

Experience Preferred:

• 6 months of mortgage experience (closing, funding, post-closing preferred)
• Familiarity with mortgage closing documents
