Risk Reporting & Solutions Analyst

The Risk Reporting & Solutions Analyst is primarily responsible for publishing monthly, semi-monthly, and quarterly reports for all teams within Risk.  These reports are currently generated in EXCEL and Power BI; the analyst is expected to learn and become proficient at creating all the different reports used, interpret the results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.  This role also works closely with the Risk Product Owner and with Data Services in owning and prioritizing the Risk backlog.  Work closely with other teams to produce historical data for internal or due diligence audits.   • Creating reports and presenting the data from your findings
  • Preparing, proofing, and sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the team as well as leadership
  • Resolving reporting issues and inconsistencies
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of internal clients
  • Independently working with Senior Leadership
  • Reconciling and approving invoice data sent from vendors for various services
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and reporting


  • Proficient in advanced EXCEL concepts such as pivot tables, V-Lookup statements, and If Statements
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Dedication to Continuous Improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
  • 6-mo mortgage-related experience preferred
  • Sense of urgency is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School Diploma
  • Onsite attendance is required
