WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Making an impact and have the potential for full-time opportunities following completion of the internship. In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work closely with company executives
  • Develop and present business initiatives to company leaders
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the mortgage process
  • Help improve processes and procedures
  • Attend monthly, one-on-one meetings and getting valuable feedback from senior leaders
  • Be an important player on your designated team
  • Participate in development courses throughout the internship to maximize and enhance your skill set
  • Collaborate with other interns on projects to present to senior leadership
  • Put skills to use in the real world

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Graduating with an MBA in 2021 or 2022
  • The ability to work full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, May 2021 through August 2021
  • An openness to learning, willingness to be coached and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing industry
  • The desire to thrive in a team environment. We’re one big family who has fun together and helps each other
  • A sense of accountability because we’re thumb pointers, not finger pointers
  • A strong work ethic
  • A drive to get better every day
  • On-site attendance
