Our Support Training Team is responsible for all new hire onboarding. Our first week of new hire experience includes UWM's life of a loan training, team building activities, and soft skill courses to introduce you to our company culture. The Support Trainer needs to be passionate about the ins and outs of the mortgage industry and what sets us apart from our competition. You will ultimately be responsible for course designs, developing and facilitating trainings, while maintaining current materials for these courses. The perfect candidate will have a curiosity to identify additional needs and a strong ability to collaborate with all business units to improve our current trainings.
