Our Support Training Team is responsible for all new hire onboarding. Our first week of new hire experience includes UWM's life of a loan training, team building activities, and soft skill courses to introduce you to our company culture. The Support Trainer needs to be passionate about the ins and outs of the mortgage industry and what sets us apart from our competition. You will ultimately be responsible for course designs, developing and facilitating trainings, while maintaining current materials for these courses. The perfect candidate will have a curiosity to identify additional needs and a strong ability to collaborate with all business units to improve our current trainings. 


  • Designing, developing and facilitating courses 
  • Providing a high-level overview of the mortgage industry
  • Being an ambassador for our company culture, our six pillars (which is our company's foundation beliefs)
  • Partnering with Training team leaders, business unit team leads to identify and fulfill additional training needs
  • Updating and revising course materials and content as necessary


  • You must have 1+ years of corporate training experience 
  • A desire to teach and work with others
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Curiosity, creativity and resourcefulness
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate, multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
