Our Applicant Tracking System Administrator is primarily responsible for leading the implementation, ongoing support, data management, testing, report generation and overall management of UWM's Applicant Tracking System. They will be expected to identify areas of opportunity to improve existing processes, functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

System Optimization:

  • Supporting implementation of new features within our ATS
  • Ensuring current features and functionality are being utilized and optimized to the fullest
  • Providing recommendations for changes to current process to provide more effective use and process efficiencies and will take the lead to implement these changes
  • Working closely and collaboratively with HR teams to ensure functionality meets the needs of the organization

Analytics:

  • Creating and maintaining customized reports
  • Develop user dashboards
  • Developing and maintaining user groups
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of processes and training guides for end users
  • Serving as the primary liaison for upgrades including testing
  • Regularly collaborating with vendor to resolve questions and system issues
  • Foresees potential challenges and identifies solutions

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or web-based talent management tools
  • Ability to manipulate data in Excel
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Possess a positive, service oriented attitude with excellent follow through
  • Onsite attendance required
