The Operations Analytics team is responsible for publishing the daily, weekly and monthly productivity and performance metrics for all the Operations teams in Lending support, Client Experience and Closing, and Post Closing.  These reports are currently generated in EXCEL and each analyst is expected to learn and become proficient at creating all the different reports used, and interpreting the results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.  If you are a Master at EXCEL and love analytics this position is for you!


  • Preparing, proofing and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to team and senior leaders
  • Resolving reporting issues and inconsistencies
  • Respond to questions on the reports by Email or Phone
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of internal clients
  • Work closely with team members as well as independently
  • Sense of urgency must be demonstrated at all times
  • Reconcile and approve invoice data sent from vendors for various services performed
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved while remaining the point person until the resolution of the issue


  • Must be able to work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM shift
  • High School Diploma
  • Working Knowledge of EXCEL, Outlook and personal computer usage
  • Extraordinary Attention to Detail
  • Desire and ability to work in a team oriented environment

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • Ability to interface effectively via phone or email with all levels of leadership


  • Proficiency in advanced EXCEL concepts such as pivot tables, V-Lookup Statements, If Statements, VBA coding
  • Experience in Reporting and Data Presentation
  • 1-3 Years of mortgage related experience
