You’ll be part of the Support Training Team that’s responsible for team member onboarding, such as life of a loan training, team building activities, and soft skill courses. We’re looking for a trainer who is passionate about the ins and outs of the mortgage industry, UWM’s role in the lending process, our organization and what sets us apart from our competition. You’ll be ultimately responsible for the course’s design, development and facilitation and also the maintenance of all materials for the course. The main focus for this role will be in facilitating trainings for the areas of the organization we support as well as identifying additional needs and working closely with those areas of the business.


  • Designing, developing and facilitating courses for the areas of business we support
  • Providing a high-level overview of the mortgage industry, its structure and the players involved in creating and maintaining learning successes within the classroom
  • Being an ambassador for our company culture and pillars and dedication to training for all new team members
  • Partnering with Training Team leaders and team members to identify and fulfill training needs
  • Coordinating with various UWM teams to enroll current team members in facilitated courses
  • Updating and revising materials for courses with new information and content
