As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, execution, and timely delivery of one or more of the broader strategic IT initiatives. Application/Product modernization, IT Experience, Enterprise platform, Cloud adoption, and cross-vertical development will fall within the ambit of your responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Working with Sr. IT Leadership, help to execute against the key strategic initiatives of IT and the overall UWM company
  • Define, develop, manage high-level strategic roadmaps, implementation schedules, and downstream impacts to the broader strategy as change occurs
  • Conduct and manage business case analysis for key technology initiatives (ROI & SWOT Analysis)
  • Participate in establishing & building strategic relationships with key external partners to accelerate time to deliver
  • Contribute thought leadership and leverage best practices for execution efficiency and organizational agility to foster innovation across all technology teams
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams and their leaders to manage the scope and execution of multiple strategic initiatives from inception to closure.
  • Coordinate team member availability, prepare teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of initiative milestones while mitigating risks.
  • Provide input and collaboration for relevant management presentations and other key stakeholder communications

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative, while juggling several priorities.
  • Ability to both work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude, a 'yes' mentality, and the ability to connect and build relationships quickly.
