Our SRC Team (systems, resources, and content) is responsible for managing training systems, training resources (rooms/supplies), and developing content and training material around these specific areas. The team is also responsible for assisting with the development of training team member skills and abilities while also maintaining a large portfolio of training content, infrastructures, and systems.

We are in need of a strong and creative leader who will lead the team members and objectives of our Training SRC Team. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing training processes/procedures, guiding and supporting team members as well as ensuring that company-wide training initiatives are implemented. In addition, this leader will be responsible for the maintenance of training standards, training processes, systems maintenance, scheduling, resource management, guided tutorial development/deployment (WalkMe) and content design/deployment. The team leader is also responsible for the performance improvement of the various roles and responsibilities of team members within the SRC Training Team.


  • Lead an elite team of Instructional Designers, Training Resource Administrators, and our Learning Management System Administrators.  
  • Direct the use of training resources within the Training Team.  
  • Create, implement, and help lead specific training improvement processes and procedures.
  • Partner with UWM leaders and team members to help identify and fulfill organizational training needs.
  • Support the development, coaching and training of team members.


  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within Training or with training experience.
  • Exceptional communicator with proven team building, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for training and helping others continuously improve.
  • Related degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
