Our Training CI Team is responsible for improving the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our training team. To maintain our success, we are in need of a dynamic Team Leader for Training Continuous Improvement (CI).
This leader will direct and support the activities of our Training CI team and will be responsible for creating and implementing training processes/procedures, and for ensuring that training processes and standards are being met. The Training CI team supports our company training standards, processes, and procedure, as well as trainer certification; training quality (QC), and performance improvement of trainers, designers and coordinators. Additionally, they will create, build and maintain additional Certification Programs and CI Courses for Training Team Members
