Our Training CI Team is responsible for improving the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our training team. To maintain our success, we are in need of a dynamic Team Leader for Training Continuous Improvement (CI).

This leader will direct and support the activities of our Training CI team and will be responsible for creating and implementing training processes/procedures, and for ensuring that training processes and standards are being met. The Training CI team supports our company training standards, processes, and procedure, as well as trainer certification; training quality (QC), and performance improvement of trainers, designers and coordinators. Additionally, they will create, build and maintain additional Certification Programs and CI Courses for Training Team Members


  • Lead a team of Training Coaches, Trainers and Instructional Designers.
  • Support the development and training of Trainers, Coaches, Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers and Coordinators.
  • Create, implement, and manage training processes and procedures (standard and technical).
  • Ensure training standards are met and uniform and review training materials for effectiveness.
  • Identify and present new training, resources, tools and technologies.
  • Partner with UWM leaders to support various training needs.


  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within Training or with training experience.
  • Exceptional communicator with proven team building, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Facilitation and instructional design experience.
  • Experience with change management, process implementation, and learning management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
  • A passion for training and helping others to continuously improve. 
  • Related degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
