We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who’s known for turning out amazing concepts and designs. Someone who can consistently wow us and our clients with creativity and visual awesomeness. The Senior Art Director must exhibit outstanding design judgment and work collaboratively with our Creative Directors, Coordinators and Project Managers. You will work across multiple channels for both internal and external creative executions. The Senior Art Director helps shape the creative development of projects. This will be a hands-on role with the ability to design and own projects of your own from ideation to completion. Although this role won’t have direct reports, we will expect this person to help mentor and guide junior designers within the team. Project types include, but are not limited to print, web, video, online ads, e-CRM, large-scale graphics, brochures and more. The Senior Art Director collaborates with the rest of the Creative team and has a strong working knowledge of design, content development, user experience, social media, and the creative process.


  • Producing exceptional work, creatively as well as effectively, in multiple applications including, but not limited to, video, websites, email, banner ads and social media
  • Acting as a brand steward: manage design, typography, overall visual identity and strategy
  • Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
  • Presenting creative concepts and sell direction to leadership in an organized, professional, and effective manner
  • Working closely with the creative directors in marketing to maintain consistency of branding and messaging
  • Branding campaign design development and logo creation
  • Acting as a mentor to junior members of the Creative team
  • Managing your workload and timelines


Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative studies/graphic design or related field
  • 5-8 years of art direction experience
  • Proficient in Mac OS and fluent in Adobe CC
  • Be solution-oriented and supportive in finding solutions to challenges
  • Efficiently use your time and balance multiple projects
  • Positive attitude and energy to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proactive, excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Must be able to simultaneously focus on the big picture and the details
