Lending Support Specialist

What do you get when you combine a jack of all trades with a customer service aficionado? A UWM Lending Support Specialist! In this role, you’ll be involved with many areas of the lending process. And having your hand in all these various areas means your knowledge will soar. So take it all in, because in this role, there’s a big potential for growth.

• Entering data
• Splitting and labeling new loan packages
• Ordering flood certifications, FHA case number assignments and verifications of income
• State-specific disclosures and appraisal mail-outs
• Social Security Number verifications
• Indexing of loan conditions
• Ordering and uploading 4506-T transcripts
• Loan participant state and federal verification
• Submissions summary report reviews
• State and federal compliance condition reviews
• Handling inbound and outbound calls from 3rd party vendors and clients

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Production and process oriented
• Comfortable talking with Clients over the phone
• Attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to multitask and adapt
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• On-site, full-time attendance
• Ability to handle multiple inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis
