Sales Summer Internship 2023

As a Sales Summer Team Member, you will play a vital role working right alongside our Account Executives. Our Account Executives are one of the biggest forces that drive our business’s achievements, working diligently to create long-term relationships with broker partners, to help grow their businesses and sell the value of UWM. Our Sales STMs are immersed in the AE world by learning vast industry knowledge, taking on calls, meeting with our broker partners and learning how UWM provides our partners with unparalleled client service. 

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts in all 50 states
• Learn how to use UWM’s Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines and processes
• Work alongside your Account Executives to deliver up-to-date information about the latest products, resources and industry updates 
• Work on a summer-long project adjacent to your business lane 
• Be an important player on your designated team
• Make connections with students from other schools
• Develop and present business initiatives to company leaders
• Apply your skills and talents to improving processes and workflow
• Share ideas, offer suggestions and make an impact
• Participate in fun off-site team-building activities

• Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in 2023 or 2024 (current Junior/Senior status)
• The ability to work full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from May 2023 through August 2023, on campus in Pontiac, Michigan
• An openness to learning, willingness to be coached and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing industry
• The desire to thrive in a team environment
