We are looking for someone with 3 years of facilities or commercial construction leadership. Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians that are responsible for carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and more across nearly 2 Million square feet of commercial office space.

The Director of Licensing will be the point person for obtaining and renewing of all licenses for UWM, its affiliates and subsidiaries. This includes the submission of various annual reports and other state licensing-related filings. Further, the Director of Licensing will work on various projects within the Legal/Compliance team on an as needed basis. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the mortgage process and be able to effectively communicate with UWM’s team members at every level of the company, including UWM’s leadership team.
