The Security Officer is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations.  This Security Officer will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies.  The Security Officer will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary.

As a member of Servicing QC on the Risk team, this team member performs reviews of performing and non-performing loans belonging to all investors. This team member will review loans for potential servicing defects and findings and help supply feedback to internal and external sources to diminish overall risk exposure for UWM.
 
Our Entry Client Risk Associate uses their problem-solving skills with our guidelines to maintain our client records and assist our clients with updates. Their daily interactions are with a mix of internal and external clients. We are looking for a positive team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, coach-able, a high sense of urgency with tasks, great attention to detail, adapts well to change, excellent organization, and some who isn’t afraid to take ownership and shows pride in their work.  
 
The Servicing Quality Control Auditor will perform audits, review audit results on loans being currently serviced/sold by UWM.  This includes an analysis of loan boarding, payments, performing and non-performing loan requirements. These requirements include but are not limited to servicing investor guidelines (FNMA.FHLMC, FHA etc.), Federal and State regulations. The auditor will review and validate defect notifications received from internal and external sources. The auditor will also perform root-cause analysis and QC action-planning with servicing stakeholders to reduce risk.
 
A Client Priority Specialist uses their problem-solving skills with our guidelines to maintain our client records and assist our clients with updates.
