The Cash Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of custodial and non-custodial bank accounts related to mortgage servicing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial records by identifying, investigating, and resolving cash discrepancies related to mortgage payments, investor remittances, escrow transactions, and other servicing activities.
The Escrow Operations Specialist on the Mortgage Servicing Team serves as the primary point of contact for customers with questions or concerns related to their escrow accounts. This includes interpreting and explaining escrow analysis statements, handling tax and insurance disbursement inquiries, and providing support regarding payment changes. The specialist must have a strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, particularly escrow analysis, and provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient customer service via phone and written communications.

The Insurance Specialist is a member of the mortgage servicing escrow team and is responsible for managing and monitoring insurance requirements on mortgage loan accounts to ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines. This includes tracking borrower-provided insurance policies, identifying coverage gaps, processing insurance documents, coordinating lender-placed insurance when necessary, and communicating effectively with borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments.
The PMI Specialist a member of mortgage servicing escrow team and is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) on residential mortgage loans. This includes monitoring loans for PMI requirements, ensuring timely cancellation or termination of PMI in compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining proper documentation. The role requires excellent attention to detail, knowledge of mortgage servicing practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and external stakeholders.
The Early Collections Specialist is responsible for contacting borrowers who have recently become delinquent on their mortgage payments (typically 1–59 days past due). This role involves identifying the reason for delinquency, educating customers on payment options, and encouraging timely resolution to prevent further default. The specialist will work within regulatory guidelines and company policies to support both customer retention and loan portfolio performance.
The Loss Mitigation Processor plays a critical role in assisting borrowers who are experiencing financial hardship and at risk of defaulting on their mortgage loans. This position supports the Loss Mitigation department by processing documents, coordinating communications, tracking application statuses, and ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and internal servicing guidelines.
The Loan Boarding Specialist is responsible for accurately onboarding newly originated, acquired, or transferred mortgage loans into the servicing system. This role ensures that loan data is correctly imported, verified, and reconciled with supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
As a Late Stage Collections Specialist, you will work with borrowers who are significantly delinquent (typically 90+ days past due) on their mortgage payments. Your focus will be to engage, educate, and guide borrowers toward positive resolution, whether through reinstatement, loss mitigation, or foreclosure alternatives—always with a strong emphasis on compliance, compassion, and client experience.
The Special Loans Analyst is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of complex or non-standard mortgage loans, including but not limited to adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), balloon loans, buy-downs, step-rate loans, and loans with loss mitigation solutions (e.g., modifications, forbearance plans). This role ensures accurate and timely processing, payment application, customer service, and investor reporting in compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
The Mortgage Servicing Credit Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of mortgage loan data to credit bureaus in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Metro 2® format, investor guidelines, and company policies. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity and resolving credit disputes to protect the organization from regulatory risk and support borrower credit accuracy.
The Front-End Loss Mitigation Specialist plays a key role in the initial review of a loss mitigation application. This position is responsible for preparing loan for underwriting evaluation of temporary loss mitigation solutions, providing notification to the borrower of evaluation results, and documenting system of record. The specialist ensures compliance with investor, regulatory, and company guidelines while providing high-quality customer service.
