This role ensures all payments are correctly posted to customer accounts in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, working closely with treasury, servicing, and bank partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain high standards of data integrity. This position is 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan.

The Bankruptcy Oversight Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring mortgage loans involved in bankruptcy proceedings. The Foreclosure Oversight Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing the foreclosure process on defaulted mortgage loans to ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with investor, insurer, state, and federal requirements. The Servicing Consumer Response Coordinator assists the Consumer Advocate and Compliance team in ensuring compliance with UWM's Consumer Compliant Policy and Procedures. They will play a key role in ensuring that all consumer complaints related to mortgage servicing are promptly, thoroughly, and accurately addressed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
