The Quality Control Auditor – Loss Mitigation will perform quality audits of the two sub-servicers that UWM utilizes for the servicing of all mortgage loans. This includes an analysis of Loss Mitigation plans such as forbearances, modifications, repayment plans, and more. The Audits performed include but are not limited to Servicing Investor guidelines (FNMA.FHLMC, FHA etc.), Federal and State regulations. This role requires onsite attendance.

The Servicing Construction and Escrow Holdback Coordinator is a member of the Servicing team within the Servicing division at UWM. This position is responsible for managing the entire Escrow Holdback process and Servicing of construction loan products post-consummation. The monitoring of escrow holdbacks will require communicating with vendors, contractors, title agents, brokers and borrowers on a daily basis. Escrow holdbacks and Construction loans have specific timeframe requirements for completion of work and this position will be responsible for monitoring the process of the required work until fully executed.
The Customer Care Servicing Liaison will be responsible for identifying communication and process improvement opportunities and implementing them within the Servicing Team and its vendors. The Liaison will track complaints and escalations and develop plans to improve processes and communications.

A Title Coordinator locates, analyzes and evaluates title records for land, homes and other property. They perform research to make sure property has no restriction on its use or sale, such as delinquent taxes. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.
