Team Leader of Team Relations will work in our Team Member Services Team leading the specialists and coordinators in their functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality with a high level of emotional intelligence. You will be working with a large and diverse team of leaders in helping them and their team members navigate conversations to promote our effective, energetic and collaborative environment.
This position is responsible for working side by side with our benefits team and will be primarily handling leave of absences. The Benefits Specialist will also assist the team with any other benefit related tasks as needed.

Our Campus Wellness Coordinator will focus on the health and well-being of Team Members through activities that improve morale, productivity and making UWM a great place to work. Responsibilities usually vary widely, keeping every day exciting. Generally, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, occasional evening/weekend hours might be required. Most time will be spent within our Fitness Center or surrounding outdoor campus areas. There may be some local travel involved if we participate in events with the community or local businesses.
The Accountant I position will be responsible for the timely process of daily bank and GL reconciliations, as well as daily deposits and transferring funds between cash accounts as needed. This person would also work on research items as required.
The Accountant I will be responsible for computing, preparing, and reviewing general ledger accounts, journal entries and various spreadsheets. Responsibilities will include maintaining the financial documents with company accounts such as accounts payable and receivable. This person would work on Month End transactions provide support for the computing and preparing of data for journal entries and general ledger.
The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and the surrounding grounds including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.

The Grounds Improvement Specialist serves as a liaison between our building facilities and grounds maintenance teams, and/or outside vendors. In this role, you would oversee all efforts related to landscaping, grounds upkeep and improvement. This includes oversight of daily operations, project planning/design/execution, and scheduling logistics for Team Members and outside vendors.

A facilities project engineer's responsibilities include schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for mechanical engineering and other technical activities relating to the building project, and engineering project delivery management. They will oversee performance management of HVAC/Plumbing and Building Envelope vendors/contractors. The project engineer must be available to help United Service teams on tasks and other items that may come their way that pertain to facilities operation.
The Maintenance Technician is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of facilities or commercial construction experience that is eager to learn and likes to get the job done right! Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed working on carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across over 2 Million square feet of commercial office space. The shift for this role is 11am-8pm.
Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus. And must provide assistance to the entire United Services department, along with interior buildouts.
