The Quality Control Auditor – Loan Administration will perform quality audits of the two sub-servicers that UWM utilizes for the servicing of all mortgage loans. This includes an analysis of loan boarding, payments, escrow management which includes - property insurance, taxes and mortgage insurance along with other performing loan administration functions.
