The Quality Control Auditor – Loan Administration will perform quality audits of the two sub-servicers that UWM utilizes for the servicing of all mortgage loans. This includes an analysis of loan boarding, payments, escrow management which includes - property insurance, taxes and mortgage insurance along with other performing loan administration functions. The Audits performed include but are not limited to Servicing Investor guidelines (FNMA.FHLMC, FHA etc.), Federal and State regulations. This role requires onsite attendance.
