Information Technology is one of the fastest-growing teams within UWM and we need a rock star IT Instructional Designer to get our team members up and running and functioning at the highest level! Our Instructional Designers are responsible for progression of team members in IT by creating training material to aid in facilitation and learning. We need a rock star candidate who can dig deep with business leaders to determine training needs then create a plan to accomplish those training needs. The Instructional Designer will be expected to create and maintain training material and process documentation through the use of programs within the Microsoft suite such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The designer we’re looking for should communicate at a very high level and possess advanced writing and computer skills.

This Security Officer will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies. The Security Officer will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary.

Our payroll specialists perform payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise. This position will also be required to process a monthly commissioned based payroll in addition to the weekly payments

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting in-house including: job posting management on all websites we utilize, researching prospective candidates, sourcing candidates when necessary, conducting phone interviews, scheduling face to face interviews, scheduling leader face to face interviews, extending offers and declining unqualified candidates, and completing necessary paperwork and processes to on-board our new hires. As a member of the team ensuring that everyone in IT has a positive working experience, the release coordinator will serve as the glue connecting many IT teams together to ensure that everyone can successfully & easily deliver solutions to their users. The coordination will take the form of communications about ongoing and upcoming releases as well as following up on issues that result from deployments. The coordinator will work closely with all teams in IT to ensure there is clarity for all stakeholders about whose involved and what needs to be done.
Our Building Engineer will provide direct assistance to lead engineer along with other assistant building maintenance engineers in repair and maintenance of rooftop units, heat pumps, fire & jockey pumps, fire panel, on-site generators, electrical closets, and entire building envelope across our Corporate Campus.
