The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for helping to identify and evaluate potential vendors, cultivating vendor relationships, and assessing vendor related risks.
The Senior Paralegal supports the Legal/Compliance team by performing a variety of legal and/or legal support duties, including reviewing and responding to mortgage loan origination licensing inquiries, tracking and responding to subpoenas and other discovery requests, handling collection related matters for the company, reviewing and/or drafting legal contracts, conducting and summarizing legal research, coordinating projects involving the legal team and operational teams across all business functions, reviewing regulatory actions and court filings, reviewing and providing guidance on company marketing materials, and providing general support to in-house legal counsel.
The Legal Assistant will provide general administrative support to members of the Legal Team. This may include typing, filing, scheduling, coordination of meetings and conferences, assisting with the renewal of the company’s licenses, document gathering for subpoenas and exams, and working on special projects.
The Paralegal assists leaders on the Legal/Compliance team by performing a variety of legal support duties, including assisting Operations, Closing and Post Closing when legal or contractual interpretations arise (e.g., reviewing trusts; divorce decrees, leases; stock compensation, title commitments, etc.) conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing pleadings, contracts and other documents, assisting with title related issues, and tracking and responding to subpoenas and other discovery requests.
