The Security Officer is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations. This Security Officer will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies. The Security Officer will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary.

The EMT is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations. This EMT will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies. The EMT will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI. The shift is 9am-6pm (M-F).

We are looking for a rock star mortgage expert to join this amazing team. Our Success Track Trainers facilitate training on all things mortgage related. We have classes for those new to the industry, veterans of the industry and anyone on their teams. We need a visionary instructional designer to collaborate with our amazing trainers and leaders to create amazing trainings to help our clients grow their business or knowledge. The ideal applicant loves helping UWM clients and team members and enjoys balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
United Wholesales Mortgage brings hundreds of clients weekly and tens of thousands of clients to the UWM campus each year. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes and during classes past just teaching the classes. We are looking for someone that has a passion to support and make UWM shine for our clients. The Guest Experience coordinator will assist our Success Track Coordinator team and TL make sure all physical needs for classes are taken care of, spaces prepped for class and supplies ready. Also while we have clients onsite the Guest Experience Coordinator will be everywhere, clients are ready to help, answer questions and direct them where they need to go.
