At United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the Single Point of Contact (S.P.O.C.) Specialist plays a critical role in supporting homeowners facing financial hardship by acting as their primary liaison throughout the default servicing process. As a SPOC Specialist, you’ll provide personalized, high-touch service, guiding borrowers through options such as repayment plans, loan modifications, and other loss mitigation solutions — all while maintaining UWM’s gold-standard reputation for communication, accuracy, and client service. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.The shift: 11am-8pm(M-F)
The Servicing Operations Specialist is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team. The Servicing Operations Specialist role is an entry level role into the Special Services team and will be hired with a specific focus on Loan Boarding or MERS as well as other needs that arise.
The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for a variety of research and legal matters, as well as supporting the business from a compliance standpoint supporting all things Servicing. This role requires 100% onsiteattendance in our Pontiac office.
