The Operations Analytics team is responsible for publishing the daily, weekly and monthly productivity and performance metrics for all the Operations teams in Lending support, Client Experience and Closing, and Post Closing. These reports are currently generated in EXCEL and each analyst is expected to learn and become proficient at creating all the different reports used, and interpreting the results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. If you are a Master at EXCEL and love analytics this position is for you!

The Security Officer is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations.
This Security Officer will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies.
The Security Officer will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary.
The primary focus of this position will be to support the Capital Markets team, helping to create and implement new processes and procedures in order to expedite resolution of items and create a standardized response/process. The position is responsible for researching issues, preparing a recommendation for resolution and implementing the resolution. The team member will develop new reports and work with the team to evolve processes to support overall Company goals. The team member will assist with escalation related requests and will work to resolve these expediently.
The Loan Delivery Specialist will work in ensuring all loans in the pipeline are delivered to our Outright Investors. The team member will review the Loan Delivery checklist to make sure all documents required for the due diligence companies are included in the file to ensure a clean file is uploaded to the Investor. In addition, the team member will be responsible for other support functions during the process of the due diligence loan review in order to meet the expectation that all loans are funded in a fast turn-time.

This position is primarily responsible for owning our pipeline of non-agency loans and secondarily responsible for the pipeline of mortgage insurance loans. The Pipeline Specialist is actively involved in ensuring our pipeline of Non-Agency closed loans is delivered and sold to the investor. In addition, this role is responsible in making sure all our loans with mortgage insurance are committed with the MI providers at the correct rate and coverage levels.

The Risk Reporting & Solutions Analyst is primarily responsible for publishing monthly, semi-monthly, and quarterly reports for all teams within Risk. These reports are currently generated in EXCEL and Power BI; the analyst is expected to learn and become proficient at creating all the different reports used, interpret the results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role also works closely with the Risk Product Owner and with Data Services in owning and prioritizing the Risk backlog. Work closely with other teams to produce historical data for internal or due diligence audits. If you are a Master at EXCEL, love analytics, and want to have a role in Risk this position is for you!
