The NOC Administrator I will monitor the performance and integrity of production applications and infrastructure. This role will assist in production issues with the appropriate teams or leaders, and assist in troubleshooting and determining root cause.

The IT Instructional Designer will be expected to create and maintain training material and process documentation through the use of programs within the Microsoft suite such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The designer we’re looking for should communicate at a very high level and possess advanced writing and computer skills.
