We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our team of experts and be involved in the rare opportunity to design and implement a new datacenter to support all of UWM’s operations. You will ensure the stable operation of our enterprise systems using a Plan, Build, Operate model.

At UWM, our Database Developers support all stages of application and database development. You will get to design the conceptual, logical and physical data models necessary to support our OLTP and OLAP systems. Plus, you will work together with a team of data warehouse and database architecture experts to gather requirements and complete technical challenges. The Salesforce Application Developer will work in a fast paced, results-driven sales centric environment. 

The Operations Administrator I will monitor the performance and integrity of production applications and infrastructure. This role will assist in supporting teams investigating production issues and assisting in troubleshooting and determining root cause using our monitoring tools. The administrator will also work with teams to build out data driven alerting and monitoring solutions to prevent downtime.Attention to detail is important as identifying trends in our monitoring tools and reporting allows the team to remain proactive. This position requires an uptime focused, technical team member with the ability and desire to learn both our business and IT processes. This team member must have a good understanding of the relationships between infrastructure and applications, and the ability to analyze technical issues in all layers of our environments.

The Systems Engineer will work with internal and external clients to create and implement enterprise policies, procedures and standards around Windows Server, VMware and other various platforms. This position will collaborate with a team of engineers supporting virtualization, containers, storage, backup/recovery and automation efforts. This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies and the ability to isolate, analyze and resolve technical issues.

The Client Applications Systems Engineer will work with internal and external clients to create and implement enterprise policies, procedures and standards around Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows DFS, Active Directory, ADFS, Qumulo, MECM(SCCM) and other various technologies. This position will collaborate with a team of engineers supporting the implementation, continuous improvement of, and management of these platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Active Directory, M365, Exchange, DFS, DNS, and ADFS, as well as knowledge of NAS solutions such as Qumulo and Nasuni.

The Team Lead in Enterprise Technology provides direction, guidance, and instruction for a team of System Engineers and Admins.  The Team Lead will work with internal and external clients to maintain, analyze, and resolve technical issues if the team’s responsibility areas.  This position requires a mix of technical and people skills, good operational experience, and outstanding customer relationship qualities. 

The Performance Engineering team carries critical responsibilities within IT, performing essential functions that support all of IT and our business. Theymust be proactive against potential production issues and consult and collaborate with architects and developers to create stable, healthy applications and infrastructure. Also, they are responsible for using cutting-edge monitoring tools for solutions and, at times, providing support on outages and application analysis with our development teams.   Our Performance Engineers are expected to act as a technical resource that supports the stability of our systems and infrastructure—participating in every development lifecycle stage, from analysis and design to testing, release, maintenance, and program coding, while adhering to current System Development Methodologies (SDM). Knowledge of various web development languages, performance testing, and experience identifying trends and areas of concern with scalability and consistent system uptime for a higher quality of incident management.  

As a member of the team ensuring that everyone in IT has a positive working experience, the release coordinator will serve as the glue connecting many IT teams together to ensure that everyone can successfully & easily deliver solutions to their users. The coordination will take the form of communications about ongoing and upcoming releases as well as following up on issues that result from deployments. The coordinator will work closely with all teams in IT to ensure there is clarity for all stakeholders about whose involved and what needs to be done.

The EMT Security Specialist is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations. This EMT Security Specialist will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies. The EMT Security Specialist will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.
